The "citylink Nangang Station," which offers consumption, cinema, office, and accommodation options for leisure and entertainment, attracts many consumers and travelers with its strong transportation network of three railways and bus services. Daku hadn't been to Nangang Station in ages, and was surprised to find it had been completely revitalized this time around. He heard that there's a place here offering "OCT Las Vegas Tender Chicken" (Original Chicken Tender), introduced by N.Y. Bagels Café — a globally trending item — so he met up with friends here to chat. Upon arriving at Nangang Station, he couldn’t help but stop to admire the "Jimmy Liao Bubble Blowing Installation Exhibition." Blowing bubbles is a nostalgic memory shared by almost everyone, and through this heartwarming installation art, perhaps one can recall their most beautiful memories. As they got a bit hungry, Daku decided to show everyone just how delicious the "OCT Las Vegas Tender Chicken" (Original Chicken Tender) really is!

When you step into this space, you’ll immediately feel the warmth that Jimmy Liao’s art brings. The "Jimmy Liao Bubble Blowing Installation Exhibition" is inspired by his picture book "Is This Real?" Using the timeless childhood memory of bubble blowing, it symbolizes rediscovering the most beautiful moments in your heart.

The station glows even more beautifully at night!

Kids and adults alike will find joy here, holding hands with parents while watching soap bubbles float by. It’s a scene that brings smiles and slows down hurried footsteps.

Located near the bustling commercial area, you’ll feel a uniquely peaceful vibe here. This station has become a warm space where travelers can take a breather.

The "Jimmy Liao Bubble Blowing Installation Exhibition" adds warmth to Nangang Station and encourages travelers to slow down and enjoy the moment.

Walking toward the B2 Building, you’ll see a girl blowing bubbles. Following that direction, you’ll first pass a 7-11, and then you’ll spot the "OCT Las Vegas Tender Chicken" (Original Chicken Tender)! The original OCT (Original Chicken Tender) store is located in a Las Vegas hotel. When N.Y. Bagels Café went on an annual research trip to the U.S., they quickly brought it to Taiwan, keeping it in sync with global trends. This branch of "OCT Las Vegas Tender Chicken" is the first overseas location, situated at Taipei Nangang CityLink.

Their menu is divided into breakfast hours (08:00–10:30) and regular hours (10:30–21:30, extended to 22:00 on holidays). The breakfast options looked super tempting, but Daku arrived in the afternoon (so sad!). He’ll have to come back to try the breakfast next time (fist pump)!!

There weren’t too many drink options for pairing with meals, but they did offer cola (large) and black tea (small), perfect for enjoying with those indulgent fried chicken items. They also had veggie sticks with passion fruit sauce (NT$39), which helped ease the guilt a little. The veggie sticks were fresh and crispy, easy to pick up and dip. The slightly sweet and tangy passion fruit sauce with fruity notes paired perfectly!

The cheesy fries (NT$65) paired wonderfully with the cheese, rich and creamy. The meat sauce is made from premium beef from New Zealand and Australia — a finely textured sauce combined with mildly spicy Mexican-style seasoning. The aroma of the spices and the beef flavor come together beautifully, especially when served hot.

The crispy golden onion rings (NT$65) looked amazing when they arrived. The outer coating was super crunchy, and the inside was chewy and tender without being greasy.

The chicken tenders had a taste reminiscent of those from classic American diners, generously sized with a satisfying weight to them.

The next items we ordered were the signature OCT Las Vegas Tender Chicken (3 pieces/set NT$120, includes fries and a drink) and fried squid rings (NT$99). The tender chicken, or juicy chicken strips, were sweet, tender, and generously portioned. The squid rings had an ultra-crispy exterior and tender, bouncy squid inside — not oily at all!

The chicken tenders had a flavor similar to those from classic American diners, seasoned with a hint of spice and sweetness. The seasoning added layers of flavor to the chicken. Dipping them in the passion fruit sauce from the veggie sticks also worked wonderfully. The slightly tangy and sweet flavor cut through the richness and enhanced the aroma.

The fries were seasoned with a blend of classic American spices, giving off a rich umami flavor. Crispy on the outside and fluffy inside, they came with a variety of sauces to choose from. They weren’t overly salty and had a great texture, making them hard to resist.

The next item we tried was the tender chicken sandwich (set NT$129, includes fries and a drink)! The sandwich used Brioche bread and was packed with juicy chicken — the thickness of the sandwich was impressive!

The first bite was incredibly satisfying. The soft, juicy chicken strips paired perfectly with the fluffy yet crusty Brioche. The combination of flavors and textures made every bite absolutely delightful.

%Urgent? Spicy bacon (20 RMB) and clam chowder (40 RMB). Their biscuits are incredibly soft and delicious, with a slightly spicy bacon aroma that’s quite tasty and satisfying. The clam chowder is hearty and filling, with visible chunks of potato and pieces of clam meat inside—rich, creamy, and full of milk flavor!

The “OCT Casino Original Chicken Tender” uses carefully selected high-quality chicken and vegetable oil, with regular inspections of in-store ingredients to ensure safety through multiple quality checks, aiming to provide consumers with greater peace of mind. The “OCT Casino Original Chicken Tender” is mainly for takeout, with different meal options available during breakfast and regular hours. The prices are reasonable, especially the signature tender chicken, which is juicy, tender on the inside and crispy on the outside—addictively delicious. The chicken sandwich is also outstanding, paired with a soft, chewy, and milky Brioche bun that complements the chicken perfectly. Additionally, the Mexican-style fries with meat sauce and the spicy bacon biscuit both perform well, leaving a memorable aftertaste.
