The “Japan’s Queued-for Eats Exhibition” held a pre-show press conference on the 12th, inviting master chefs from three of Japan’s most popular eateries to create authentic, Michelin-worthy street food on-site. Through their expert craftsmanship and charming hostess Li Yanjing, the event aims to convey the “local, delicious, and affordable” spirit of Japan’s most sought-after eats!
On the 12th, three popular vendors—“Izumiya Masamune,” “Naniwa Dim Sum Hall,” and “Organ”—demonstrated how to make ramen, okonomiyaki, and chicken skewers.<等明星料理过程。以拉面闻名的“?屋政宗”,拉面中食材别具故事性;“オルガン”在1981年以烤鸡肉料理起家,以炭火烧烤为主要料理方式的明星商品“鸡肉烧N<”。“浪花点心堂”最知名的大阪烧,透过铁板煎炒的技术保留高丽菜的鲜甜与水分,如同蒸煮的口感。
