Changi Airport Terminal 4 opens, 27 football fields large, cultural heritage style
Last updated 2026-09-23 — Changi Airport's meticulous care has been evident to the world as it has been ranked the best airport in the world for several consecutive years. The opening of the new Terminal 4 once again proves that it is already excellent but can still be improved to a higher level. With "cultural heritage" as the main tone, the new terminal has 81 shops and restaurants, and the total area of the entire terminal is about the size of 27 football fields.

樟宜机场的用心细腻，在连续几年蝉联世界最佳机场的成绩，全世界有目共睹，而新航厦第四航厦的开幕，再次证明，已经很优秀但还是可以再上一层。以“文化遗产”作为主要基调，新航厦里面有81间商店和餐厅，整个航厦总面积大约有27个足球场大。

根据英国每日电讯报，由于新加坡地理位置，许多班机在此转机，第四航厦落成后将服务更多旅客，预估每年约8200万名旅客在此过境。第四航厦开幕之后，国泰和大韩航空首度使用航厦，已有大约2400名旅客进入。

第四航厦有62个店铺、19个酒吧和餐厅，还有一个沉浸式的LED墙做艺术展示。虽然是主题是以新加坡历史文化资产为主，但是设计团队加入了很多创新的观念，旅客还可以体验到一些很新鲜的事物，除了烤肉摊之外，还有鸡尾酒店，现场还有一区进行无人机测试飞行。
樟宜机场为何如此特别？在1~3航厦，旅客就可以看到蝴蝶花园、兰花园、艺术装置等等，非常不同于其他机场只有冷冰冰、看不懂的文字告示，了无新意的旅游讯息。
