The "Front Street Eel House," which began trial sales on August 6, officially opens on September 30. The business is also launching opening promotions: from September 30 to October 10 (11 days), there is a buy one get one free offer on 100 sets daily of the "Gourmet Golden Clam Unagi Donburi" for takeaway, and from September 30 to October 31, diners who spend over NT$1,000 in-store will receive a NT$500 discount voucher (for next use). The buy one get one free takeaway promotion is limited to 100 sets per day—50 available from 11:00 AM (lunch) and another 50 from 5:30 PM (dinner), with a limit of one set per person.

The top five most ordered eel dishes at Front Street Eel House since the trial sales, in order, are: Dreamy Eel Donburi 3+1 Way to Eat (NT$690), Gourmet Golden Clam Unagi Donburi (NT$590), Grilled Unagi Donburi (Large) (NT$390), Eel Donburi Two Ways (Ishibe Style) (NT$390), and Warm Egg & Scallion Eel N<（330元）。

Front Street Eel House features eel rice preparations from across Japan, offering diners a selection of up to 10 types of unagi donburi—the most in Taiwan. The classic "Unagi Don" comes in two styles: teriyaki-grilled and white-roasted, along with other options such as the Dreamy Tamagoyaki Unagi N<、温玉葱花鳗鱼N<、鳗鱼桶饭二吃（矶边）、鳗鱼桶饭三吃、极上黄金青口鳗重、梦幻鳗鱼蒸笼饭、蒲烧鳗鱼石锅拌饭，以及超大分量的横纲鳗重(家庭号)，在圆形的大餐盒里装上足够的饭，再装盛32切四尾蒲烧与白烧鳗鱼，适合5-6人一同享用。
