Koeharu Nobi is a well-known pet café in Taipei City, combining a café, pet grooming, and pet goods in one space. The café is home to three incredibly popular resident cats who play happily with visiting dogs—absolutely adorable. They also sell pet products, attracting many dog owners on treasure hunts.
