Targeting high-spending travelers: Fulai Linkou A8 Branch and hot spring hotel to open in July

At a press conference held today (20), Xue Leshan, Deputy General Manager of the hotel division of Fulai Hotel Group, stated that both the Linkou A8 Branch along the Taoyuan Airport MRT line and the Fulai Ocean Hot Spring Hotel (Fulong area) are expected to commence operations in early July this year. Once operational, the Fulong area will have around 200 rooms, bringing the group’s total room count to over 2,700.

In sync with the opening of the Taoyuan Airport MRT line by the end of the year, the Fulai Linkou A8 Branch is set to open in early July. Located next to Chang Gung Memorial Hospital on a site of about 6,000 ping, it will feature 196 guest rooms, making it currently the most upscale hotel in the Linkou area. Xue Leshan said, “We’re targeting travelers taking advantage of the new airport MRT line. Guests can find a premium and comfortable place to stay close to the transportation hub.” The A8 is positioned as a business and leisure hotel, with an average room rate of around NT$5,000. Meanwhile, the Fulai Ocean Hot Spring Hotel (Fulong area), also scheduled to open in July, has 174 rooms and targets high-spending guests, with an average room rate of over NT$6,000.

Xue Leshan noted that the group currently operates five five-star hotels, and with the addition of these two new branches, aims to expand to seven five-star properties. He revealed that the group’s new brand “Amazinn (美栈A.maz.inn)” also has expansion plans over the next two years. Moving forward, the group will continue to grow its presence. In the face of increasing competition from international luxury hotels entering Taiwan, he believes that as long as they uphold the passion of service and the essence of Taiwanese hospitality, they have no fear of competing with global brands.

Fulai Hotels has linked eight leisure hotels across northern, central, and southern Taiwan to launch the “Island Heart Experience” package. From now until December 31, travelers can enjoy a four-day, three-night trip for two people with a minimum stay of two, starting at NT$12,999 per night on weekdays.
