Though autumn is gradually approaching, the sun in southern Taiwan remains as scorching as ever. To make the most of your last chance for water fun, head to Kaohsiung for some splashing around. The Kaohsiung City Government Tourism Bureau has launched four half-day water activity tours during the holiday period, with the cheapest option starting at just 299 NT$ for a fun-filled, cooling experience.

To keep visitors entertained during the holiday, the Kaohsiung authorities have planned four half-day tours at Lotus Pond, Cijin, and Love River from now until the 10th. These include a variety of popular water attractions such as stand-up paddleboarding, kayaking, and cable skiing. In addition, there are also land-based activities like DIY dried flower ice cream cones and DIY specialty pizzas.

One of the most popular attractions for both kids and adults in the “Love Water Kaohsiung” program is the “Water Bounce.” Leap from a height onto an inflatable pad and bounce into the pool—a super fun and stress-relieving experience. The package includes transport, DIY experiences, insurance, and guide fees, all for just 500 NT$, allowing you to enjoy Kaohsiung to the fullest. Only six time slots are available each day.
