The first generation originally sold from a roadside stall at the Lukang market before moving to a storefront on Lukang East Road after many years, and then purchasing a location on Zhongzheng Road two years ago to relocate here. The shop environment is very clean and tidy. Shi Mingyu, who grew up learning from his father, has developed excellent cooking skills. He said, “In the early days, the Lukang area had a thriving aquaculture industry. My father used sand shrimp to make shrimp meatballs. These pure handmade shrimp balls have a sweet and delicious taste, making them our signature dish.”
