Annual maintenance for Taipei’s “Maokong Gondola” — service suspended for 15 days starting May 5

The Taipei Department of Information and Tourism announced that the Maokong Gondola system will undergo annual maintenance and suspend operations from May 5 to 19. During this period, the gondola’s Zoo Station and Maokong Station visitor centers will also be closed. While the Maokong Gondola is out of service, visitors planning to go to the Maokong area can visit any of the other 10 tourist information centers across Taipei to obtain Maokong travel guides.
