HowToTrip Harbor Restaurant regularly invites internationally renowned chefs for guest appearances. From October 5 to October 31, it presents the "Michelin One-Star - Tokyo Italian Delights" food festival, featuring four signature dishes designed by Chef Masato Miyagane of Tokyo’s Michelin one-star restaurant "Ostü," which has held the prestigious rating for six consecutive years.
These four signature dishes are also among the most popular at "Ostü." They include a vegetable rice salad, cold beef with tuna sauce, potato and cheese gratin, and a dessert of oolong tea mango cream mousse. Chef Miyagane trained in traditional cuisine in Barolo Village in northern Italy and is committed to showcasing the cultural essence of Northern Italian cooking. The ingredients are carefully selected—almost all imported from abroad, similar to the Tokyo flagship store—but for this event, he specially chose Taiwanese-grown oolong tea and mangoes for the dessert. He noted that Taiwan’s tea leaves and fruits offer exceptional taste and flavor.
