Aside from well-known Taiwanese favorites like Ippudo, Ichiran, and Bai Guang Xuan, what other ramen shops in Japan are worth trying? Dubbed Japan’s largest ramen festival—the “Tokyo Ramen Show”—this year will bring together 40 of the nation’s most popular ramen shops, making its appearance in Tokyo at the end of October to satisfy ramen lovers！

With a history of seven years, the Tokyo Ramen Show annually assembles popular regional ramen shops from across Japan, giving attendees the chance to savor unique ramen flavors. This year is no exception, with the theme “Only Here Can You Eat It!” for 2015. A total of 40 popular ramen shops from as far north as Hokkaido to as far south as Kyushu will set up booths at the venue.

Another highlight not to be missed is the collaboration with renowned ramen shops each year, offering exclusive ramen flavors you can only get here—definitely a must for ramen aficionados！The Tokyo Ramen Show will run from October 23 to November 3 at Tokyo’s Komazawa Olympic Park, kicking off a grand food festival.
