As Earth Day and Mother’s Day both fall in April, Starbucks has designated the entire month as GMoG (Global Month of Good), launching a special series of GMoG merchandise. This includes adorable cups featuring rare and precious animals as the main characters, as well as the Read for Earth event. Additionally, the brand is offering 15 varieties of chilled Mother’s Day cakes, ambient gift boxes, and two limited-edition Mother’s Day items.

The GMoG series items launched on April 8 by Starbucks include not only the familiar black bear and leopard cat, but also introduce a new character – the masked palm civet – featured across various functional products, adding special meaning. The “Read for Earth” campaign runs from April 20 to April 24. During this period, customers who make any purchase in-store will receive a free Coffee Friends Sharing Coupon (White Card), along with a mini story about Starbucks’ sustainable energy efforts.

This year, Starbucks has launched 15 varieties of chilled Mother’s Day cakes and ambient gift boxes, giving a Western twist to nostalgic red bean paste and taro paste flavors. Additionally, two limited-edition Mother’s Day items have been introduced – mug designs starring the big and little Bearista characters, depicting heartwarming maternal affection in a rustic and cute style. They’re perfect for gifting to moms or enjoying yourself.

From now until May 3, all Starbucks stores are accepting pre-orders for Mother’s Day cakes with a 10% discount for single items, or 15% off for orders of two or more. Customers who pick up their orders before May 3 will also receive an additional Coffee Friends Sharing Coupon. Starbucks Rewards members can also enjoy a 15% discount on chilled cakes sized 6? or larger from now until April 21. During the pre-order period, customers can also use the A-store order, B-store pickup service.
