This plan aims to initiate a renovation project that has been postponed for two years. It also serves as preparation for refurbishment and a fresh start amid the pandemic’s impact. However, banquets booked for Mother’s Day will still be honored as scheduled, and reservations remain accepted.
The renovation period runs from April 1 to May 31, with reopening planned for June 1. The full takeout service for all dishes, which was launched in early March, has now been replaced by the refurbishment phase as a temporary measure.
Da San Yuan Restaurant received Michelin one-star recommendations and recognition in both 2018 and 2019. Even without the Michelin accolade, it has long been a popular choice for hosting dignitaries and business elites, as well as a well-known restaurant frequented by international celebrities and entertainers visiting Taiwan. Now temporarily closed for two months, food lovers will have to wait patiently.
