The Golden Rain Tree, comparable to cherry blossoms, is beginning to bloom. Its flowering season typically falls between March and April. The warm climate of southern Taiwan is ideal for its growth. The tree is covered in large peach-pink and white flowers—much bigger than cherry blossoms—that appear even more vibrant, with an even richer fragrance. The spectacle is dazzlingly romantic.

Located in the Alishan National Scenic Area, the Toucheng Visitor Center sits right next to Provincial Highway 18. Currently, the Golden Rain Trees in the park are in full bloom. From the Tree Bank to the Alishan National Scenic Area Administration Office and all the way to Longyin Temple, visitors can enjoy the splendid sight of blooming Golden Rain Trees.

The park was designed with the goal of preserving the natural land and respecting the original terrain and mountain features. Using landscape design techniques such as "landscape interweaving," "floating," and "path interlacing," it creates a naturally harmonious landscape architecture. After ten years, all power lines along the highway have been buried underground, resulting in an especially clear skyline.
