The Dapeng Bay National Scenic Area Administration of the Tourism Bureau announced: In response to extended daylight hours, the "Pengwan Cross-Sea Bridge" opening show, originally held at 4:30 PM on holidays, will be adjusted to 5:00 PM on holidays starting March 10. Please stay tuned.

Since its completion and opening to traffic on March 27, 2011, the Pengwan Cross-Sea Bridge has become a new tourist attraction in Dapeng Bay. This single-tower, asymmetric single-plane composite cable-stayed bridge is Taiwan's first opening scenic bridge. Its 40-meter movable bridge deck can be opened to a 75-degree angle in just two minutes to allow the passage of large sailboats. The opening show, held every holiday, attracts many visitors. With the filming of the movie "Zhentou" and its box office success, it has also become a popular pilgrimage site for movie fans.
