Currently, mountain cherry blossoms have begun to bloom in scenic spots such as Beixin Highway 104 in Sanxia District, Shuangtai Road in Shuangxi District, Datian Mountain in Xizhi District, and the Gold Ecological Park in Ruifang District of New Taipei City’s mountainous regions. Urban areas also offer beautiful cherry blossom views, with blossoms currently in full bloom at Ren’ai Park in Yonghe District, Bajisan Park in Zhonghe District, and the Land Administration Office in Shulin District.

Additionally, the highly anticipated cherry blossom season at Tamsui Tianyuan Temple is expected to begin on March 9, with the blossoms set to dazzle in full splendor by mid-March. Those wishing to catch the perfect moment to witness the dancing beauty of cherry blossoms can check the official website of New Taipei City’s “2013 New Taipei Cherry Blossom Festival” online to view the blooming conditions in various districts. There is also a “Flower Viewing Express” Facebook fan page that provides real-time updates on cherry blossom viewing information across different areas and interacts with the public.
