Step into a luxurious palace from the 1920s, where exquisitely carved bronze mirror walls cast a mysterious ambiance under soft yellow lighting. Located on the first floor of HOTEL QUOTE Taipei, the 333 RESTAURANT & BAR creates a unique and fantastical space with retro fashion. The newly launched High Tea Set offers a rich selection of natural, handmade pastries, including a variety of delicately crafted savory and sweet treats that satisfy even the most discerning palates.

In line with modern concepts of healthy eating, the roasted beetroot salad features candied lemon slices, nuts, cherry tomatoes, and seasonal fruits, offering a sweet-and-sour taste that highlights natural flavors. Additionally, the duck liver mousse and homemade dill-cured salmon, made with premium ingredients and handcrafted with care, are truly exceptional. The perfectly paired cured salmon and duck liver mousse highlight the freshness of the salmon, which dances lightly on the tongue. The grilled Gruyère cheese, with its rich aroma, melts on soft, chewy handmade bread, making each bite especially satisfying.

Sweet lovers shouldn’t miss the red velvet chocolate cupcake, specially made to avoid being too dry or too moist like common versions. It emits a strong chocolate aroma, complemented by white chocolate, instantly turning into a sweet delight in the mouth. The experience concludes perfectly with a slightly tangy, slightly sweet hot caramel apple pie. The crispy crust is topped with slices of spiced apples, paired with English tea, bringing out the aroma of the crust and apples for the ultimate afternoon indulgence.
