Every year from March to April, aside from the overwhelmingly romantic wisteria waterfalls, a spectacular and rare field of violet flowers has been unveiled in Changhua. Composed of four colors, this gradient violet flower sea resembles a colorful floral carpet, attracting many netizens to visit for photos.

In recent years, local flower farmers in Changhua have cultivated many unique varieties, including Taiwan’s version of "Popping Grass" and the "Winter Love Story Tunnel," all of which have successfully sparked flower-viewing and photo trends. Recently, this violet flower field located in Beidou Township was discovered by netizens. Rows of vibrant violets with soft gradient hues are stealing the show and taking up a lot of memory on social media.

Violet flowers are not only purple, but also come in red, yellow, white, and orange. They not only catch the eye but also emit a sweet and rich floral fragrance. Europeans often use them in perfumes and skincare products. The flowering season is approximately from April to May, and large-scale flower seas like this are very rare in Taiwan.

This violet flower field is privately owned but open to the public for free flower viewing and photography. The elongated field features raised planting beds, and its vivid, gradient beauty echoes the violet’s flower language: “eternal beauty.” Visitors are also reminded not to pick or damage the flowers to avoid causing trouble for the farmers.
