American artist KAWS previously installed a massive 36-meter-tall creation, the XX Companion, at the National Chiang Kai-shek Memorial Hall, sparking widespread acclaim. This time, KAWS has taken his artwork into the realm of AR augmented reality, allowing everyone to snap photos with the floating COMPANION in the sky simply by opening an app.

Breaking away from traditional art boundaries, KAWS has collaborated with Acute Art to launch the virtual art piece EXPANDED HOLIDAY, which consists of three parts: one public art exhibition and two unique editions.

The COMPANION (EXPANDED) public art exhibition features 12 giant COMPANION AR sculptures placed by KAWS in major cities and landmarks across Africa, Asia, Australia, Europe, the Middle East, North America, and South America.
