The New Village Flower Sea Blooms in Brilliant Colors – 30 Hectares of Flowers Weave a Romantic Autumn Scene in Taichung

In addition to 30 hectares of expansive and beautiful flower fields, the “2013 New Village Flower Sea” has carefully planned eight major themed pavilions: “Orchids Worth Seeing,” “Rice in Every Direction,” “Flowers Blooming with Happiness,” “Happy and Complete Countryside,” “Travel Life,” “Green Energy and Forest Living,” “Essence of Chinese Herbal Medicine,” and “Leisure Agriculture.” There are also five major exhibition areas: “2013 Taichung International Floral Carpet Festival,” “Prosperity Garden,” “Taichung City Agricultural Specialties Marketing Area,” “Taichung City Famous Stalls and Special Products Marketing Area,” and “New Village Agricultural Specialties and Food Area.” Visitors can not only stroll through the flower seas, enjoying the leisurely feeling of nature and healthy living, but also experience an enlightening journey through the various activities and exhibition designs of the different pavilions. In addition to showcasing Taiwan’s agriculture and leisure tourism, the event also authentically presents the colorful rural landscape.

The New Village Flower Sea event, now in its eighth year, is regarded as a major agricultural event in Taiwan each autumn. This year, in addition to being combined with the “Taichung International Floral Carpet Festival” to convey the imagery of rural life and high-quality local agricultural products, it will also showcase the most simple and beautiful flower seas through the “Colors of Nature.” By “evoking true emotion through genuine beauty,” the “2013 New Village Flower Sea” is not just an event, but also a reflection and reminder about life.
