After two days of emergency treatment and grooming, the Keelung yellow duck that burst on New Year’s Eve made an early return to Ocean Plaza this morning. The exhibition period remains set for February 8. Although the duck couldn’t celebrate New Year’s Eve with its fans, it can still join everyone in welcoming the Lunar New Year.

January 3, 2014 marked the rebirth day of the Keelung duck. The revived yellow duck has returned to Ocean Plaza, bringing happiness and joy with its adorable appearance. As for the previously raised concern about whether the duck would have scars, it has been confirmed that the surgery was very successful, with no obvious “surgical marks.”
To prevent the duck from bursting again due to excessive temperature differences or gas expansion, an additional exhaust fan has been installed inside the duck this time, ensuring effective regulation of internal pressure so the yellow duck can stay healthy and greet the new year together with fans.
