Taipei City — Zhuzihhu Calla Lily Season

The annual spring highlight of Yangmingshan National Park — the Zhuzihhu Calla Lily Season — will take place from March 21 to April 27 in Zhuzihhu. This year, in addition to the five recommended streamside trails in Zhuzihhu by Taipei City’s Department of Rapid Transit Systems, Civil Engineering Bureau, which allow visitors to stroll amidst nature and enjoy the fragrance of the woods while leisurely immersing themselves in the sea of white calla lilies, the Yangmingshan National Park Headquarters has also planned an “Ecological Tour of Zhuzihhu” route. Led by professional guides, visitors can explore the local cultural heritage and traditional industries, experiencing the area’s unique natural and humanistic landscapes.

Taipei City — Korean Honey Creme Ice Cream Officially Opens

With the ice cream craze in Taiwan showing no signs of slowing down, the first Korean-brand ice cream, “Honey Creme,” has decided to enter the Taiwanese market. It officially launched on March 21 in Taipei’s prime ice cream district — the Zhongxiao Dunhua shopping area. Making its Taiwan debut, “Honey Creme” will offer exclusive and innovative flavors such as honeycomb ice cream, organic marshmallow ice cream, and natural organic mixed grain powder ice cream. They’re also introducing an alternative way to enjoy ice cream — paired with spiral bread. In addition, on March 21, the “buy-one-get-one-free” sweet experience at Honey Creme’s Taipei store was launched simultaneously, so you don’t have to fly all the way to Korea to enjoy Honey Creme’s delicious offerings. You can savor them right on the streets of Taipei.
