There is also a mixed garden salad bar offering romaine lettuce, asparagus, sweet corn, romaine, alfalfa sprouts, purple onion, sweet bell peppers, cucumbers, cherry tomatoes, and purple cabbage. The sauce section features Caesar dressing, Japanese-style sauce, Thousand Island dressing, vinaigrette, yogurt dressing, honey mustard, and more—plenty of international salad dressings to choose from. The 12 refined and diverse international dishes in the cold and hot dishes sections are also thoughtfully prepared for diners who don’t eat beef, including orange duck breast salad, herb mushroom salad, Italian seafood salad, Thai chicken salad, broccoli crabmeat mustard salad, and green bean salad (buffet offerings may vary by season).
