The Zhubei City Government stated that the event venue has planned a variety of amusement facilities and parent-child interactive games. On-site, there will be large amusement bouncy castles, pirate ships, and carousels available for children to enjoy for free. There will also be several exciting performances, including magic shows, balloon shows, and bubble shows. On April 2, children’s favorites Watermelon Brother and Cherry Sister will lead the dance activities. On April 3, the adorable Creamy Lion will sing, dance, and take photos with children and adults alike. On April 4, the Pipi Children’s Theater Troupe will stage the play “The Watermelon Prince,” spending quality time with the kids.

This year’s “Zhubei Beauty” sketch competition takes the content of the Children’s Day event as its painting theme, allowing students to leave lasting memories of the city. To encourage children’s artistic creativity, the prizes for this sketch competition are generous, with the highest reward per group being a NT$2,000 book voucher. Students from all schools are welcome to sign up and participate.
