The jacket I tested has a bright yellow main color, with gray fabric on the shoulders, upper arms, and hem. There are two chest pockets with waterproof zippers, and a large Osprey brand logo on the left chest. The overall look is simple and stylish, better suited for younger people, though older folks could also wear it to show off a bold personality. While climbing, I accidentally fell down, and as I lay on the ground, I thought—if I had fallen into a ditch wearing this jacket, its bright yellow color would make it pretty easy to spot.

The chest pockets have waterproof zippers, and the top of each zipper has a small recessed area to hide the zipper pull, effectively preventing water from entering the pocket when it flows down from above. The design is quite thoughtful.
The left sleeve has an upper pocket that’s good for holding small items like loose change—thoughtful design.
Inside the jacket, the stitching shows neat and fine seam taping, reflecting good craftsmanship.
On the inside of the left upper pocket area, there is a vent hole. Since the exterior fabric at that spot is also a pocket, it is double-layered, and a vent hole is designed here, likely to enhance breathability.
The look of the cuff. The Osprey logo is present. Personally, I’m not a fan of the material used for the Velcro—it’s some kind of rubber or silicone. When you wipe sweat off your face or smooth your hair, it tends to snag accidentally on your face or hair, which can be painful. I’d suggest using fabric instead.
