Uji’s century-old shop “Naruiri Chabon” has launched a refreshing summer combination of yuzu and matcha to help everyone beat the heat. In response to Taiwan’s earlier-than-usual arrival of summer this year, they’re using ‘premium yuzu honey from Oita Prefecture, Kyushu’ along with authentic Uji matcha, and have simultaneously released with Japan three seasonal items: “Yuzu Green Slush, Yuzu Green Sundae, and Yuzu Green Shaved Ice.” The crisp tea flavor paired with the sweet-tart taste of yuzu offers a healthy way to quench your thirst and cool down effortlessly.
