[Orion] The 7th Stop of the Green Mountain Action – Restoring the Beauty of Xiangshan Successfully Concluded

The "Green Mountain Action" – a large-scale outdoor environmental protection activity organized by Orion Outdoor Theme Shopping Mall in collaboration with Green Field Outdoor Network, is a major environmental initiative covering Beijing and its surrounding areas. Starting from2012year4month, Orion will join forces with Green Field to mobilize outdoor enthusiasts. Through monthly ongoing activities, they aim to clean up litter left along hiking trails around Beijing, protect the environment, restore the natural beauty of green mountains, and this event marks the seventh stop of the Green Mountain Action.HikingThe route still bears traces of litter.     In October, Xiangshan is in the prime season for viewing red leaves. Coupled with the Xiangshan Red Leaf Festival, the area is practically "overrun with people," and naturally, litter can be seen everywhere.27On the morning of the day, members of the Mountain Eagle Team9o’clock30gathered at the entrance of the Xiangshan Post Office before setting off. Their route was: Xiangshan---Heroes' Slope---Eagle Catching Hollow---Old Wangjing---Cherry Valley---Botanical Garden, covering a total distance of10kilometers.
