This February has 29 days, and due to the impact of the pandemic, many theme parks are offering special promotions during the 228 holiday, along with various activities. Temperature checks will be conducted upon entry. Here are the top five 228 holiday discounts across Taiwan.

E-DA Theme Park
From February 28 to March 1, tickets for those under 29 years old (born after March 2, 1990) are only 229 NTD. Birthday celebrants on February 29 can enter for free on their special day, and can also apply for a “Year-Round Passport” for free before 4 PM. Additionally, E-DA World is celebrating its 10th anniversary: buy a full-price ticket for 899 NTD on-site and get the second person in for just 99 NTD; also, birthday celebrants before December 31 and couples celebrating their 10th wedding anniversary can enter for free.
 
Janfusun Fancyworld
From now until March 1, children under 12 years old can enter for just 1 NTD. There’s also an energetic health price of 599 NTD for entry before 12 PM, or 399 NTD after 12 PM, plus a free “Energetic Health Pack” that includes limited-edition health spray or hand sanitizer gel, a chance to play an interactive game to win an iPhone, in-park vouchers, and car raffle tickets.

Six Flags Taiwan
From February 28 to March 1, Six Flags Taiwan offers all tickets for 499 NTD, plus a [Love at a Discount] coupon. Use it later to return for just 499 NTD, as one coupon buys entry for four people.
 
Yehliu Ocean Park
From now until March 1, children aged 3–6 (inclusive) enjoy a discounted ticket price of 100 NTD, elementary school students 490 NTD, and middle/high school/college students 590 NTD. Residents registered in Yilan, Hualien, or Taitung, or those with ID numbers starting with G, U, or V, can enter for 490 NTD each. Also, birthday celebrants in February and March, along with one accompanying person, can enter for free.

Alishan Cultural and Creative Village
The Alishan Sakura Festival is offering ticket promotions. Daytime cherry blossom viewing tickets are reduced from the original 850 NTD to 650 NTD from now until April 5. From now until March 1, afternoon tickets (entry after 2 PM) are discounted to 550 NTD, ideal for those wanting to see night blossoms. There are also double-month passes available for 1199 NTD, allowing two entries within two months.
