Hollyhocks are revered as "sacred sunflowers" in Europe and America, highly regarded as an exquisite flower. In the past, a royal garden without this bloom would lack the grandeur and majestic ambiance. Located beside the Changhua HSR Station, Tianzhong Kiln Pottery Workshop hosts the annual Tianzhong Hollyhock Flower Sea Art Festival around 228 Memorial Day. Spanning 2.5 hectares with blooms reaching up to 3 meters high, the hollyhock sea is truly spectacular. Over 20,000 hollyhocks form a maze, and beside the flower sea lies a woodland of more than 500 bald cypress trees, creating a romantic European vibe that attracts numerous visitors. Aside from the flowers, the park also features large-scale installations and 3D painted walls on all sides. Visitors can also enjoy DIY doll painting activities, making it a great destination for both adults and children. The flowering season lasts until mid-May.
