Located near the Mingde Reservoir in Miaoli, the “Orange-Scented Forest” features expansive orange orchards. When the season arrives, the whole area is filled with the fragrance of fruit, and the orange tree tunnel has become a popular Instagram photo spot.

Every orange on the orange tree tunnel is plump and round. Bright yellow, golden orbs hang from low-hanging trees, forming a fragrant tunnel. Unlike the romantic vibe of flower tunnels, the playful charm of the orange tree tunnel makes for uniquely lively and energetic photos.

The oranges at the “Orange-Scented Forest” are at their best for harvesting from late December to the end of February each year. During this time, the citrus fruits are juicy and at peak sweetness—you can even experience the fun of picking them yourself.
