After its renovation this year, it has emerged as an international-grade branded market. Certified as a four-star market by Taiwan’s Ministry of Economic Affairs, Shidong Market collaborated with the design team at Good & Well to transform 19 vendor stalls into design-conscious shops. Not only do the signboards’ color schemes match the goods they sell, but even the vegetable baskets have been specially designed—completely redefining the traditional market image with a strong hipster aesthetic.
