China Jiangsu Net, Dec. 26 — At noon today, Mr. Zhu, a local resident, was cycling past North Zhongshan Road in Nanjing when he encountered a young man riding a bicycle at the intersection with Hubei Road. The young man was wearing only a vest and shorts, pedaling through the chilly wind.
Today’s temperature in Nanjing was below freezing, with bone-chilling winds. Everyone was bundled up in thick winter clothing, yet this young man was cycling swiftly with a backpack on his back, wearing nothing but a vest on top and shorts on the bottom amid the cold wind.
