I. Activity Requirements
1. The supported activity types for the “Light Up the Night Outdoors—‘Bring Your Fenix Headlamp and Have Fun!’” sponsorship program include but are not limited to hiking, camping, night climbing, night running, trekking, and more.
2. This activity supports outdoor leaders who are active on well-known outdoor forums and websites, and who have a willingness and experience in sharing photography, videography, and trip reports.
3. Follow Fenix on Weibo and WeChat (Weibo: Fenix Flashlight Official Weibo WeChat: fenixlight). After receiving the Fenix headlamp, post a Weibo/WeChat update that includes a photo of you wearing the Fenix headlamp.
4. Within 30 days of receiving the sponsored product, include the Fenix brand logo in at least one high-quality trip report, mentioning the Fenix headlamp and its usage scenarios. The content may include text, photos, videos, etc., and the trip report link must be provided to Fenix staff.
5. If the above requirements are not met after receiving the sponsored product, Fenix reserves the right to reclaim the sponsorship item.
6. Fenix has the right to use any related images and text shared by applicants.
II. Sponsorship Package
1. Sponsored products include professional HP series headlamps (HP30, HP25, HP15, HP05, HP01) and lightweight HL series headlamps (HL50, HL30, HL22, HL10). Specific models will be determined based on availability.
2. Fenix logo flags, event T-shirts, reflective leg straps, and a number of reflective stickers.
