Through continuous innovation, Yannick hopes to offer customers unique experiences and meet their diverse tastes. This year, in a special collaboration with fellow Jinshan Wanli native and millionaire YouTuber “HOWHOW,” they’ve launched the “Caramel Pudding Fresh Milk Roll.” Inspired by their ever-popular caramel mousse and baked custard, this new creation fuses these flavors with the classic Fresh Milk Roll to deliver a delicately layered and rich taste.

Yannick continues to roll out new products and flavors, incorporating Hokkaido cream into various variations. For its 20th anniversary, it has taken inspiration from two of its classic bestsellers since opening – “Baked Custard” and “Caramel Mousse” – and collaborated with fellow hometown YouTuber “HOW哥” to exclusively launch the “Caramel Pudding” Fresh Milk Roll. It’s truly a classic masterpiece.

The soul of this Fresh Milk Roll’s flavor lies in the caramel, handmade and stirred at 180°C. Made into mousse and caramel jelly, it is then fused with pudding and rolled into a puff cake body with Hokkaido cream, creating layers of rich taste. The balance between the aroma and the bittersweetness of the caramel is perfectly calibrated, offering a melt-in-your-mouth texture where caramel and milk flavors blend seamlessly. Even HOW哥 couldn’t help but praise, “You’ll want to keep it in your mouth forever!”

The Caramel Pudding Fresh Milk Roll is available at all Yannick branches across Taiwan, on the official website, selected convenience stores, and online partner channels. It is also now available at the Taipei MRT’s YTM. Aside from being eligible for voucher redemption, customers who purchase it at YTM before April 12 can enjoy an introductory price of NT$409.
