This time, the melancholic little monster Anister A little monsters returns to his hometown Taichung for an exhibition. The “Honesty Guy – Decompression & Healing Experience Exhibition” features three major themed zones that are fun, photogenic, and therapeutic. From now until August 13th, head to the Sky Theater on the 10th floor of Shin Kong Mitsukoshi in Taichung to step into Anister’s honest orange world.

Last year’s viral Taichung check-in spot — the giant, bright orange, melancholic-faced round monster lurking at the entrance of an old house — Anister is back in Taichung for an exhibition. It features three major themed areas: the Ball Decompression Maze, the Recharge Playground, and the Honesty Interaction: Restart. The bright orange, round-shaped Anister, paired with honest yet melancholic phrases, is perfect for photos, fun, and stress relief.

The Ball Decompression Maze is Anister’s stress-relief space. This maze, made of spheres, features many mid-height large balls that you can freely push around. Each ball records a moment of conflict or emotion encountered in daily life, sparking resonance and achieving a healing decompression effect.

Meanwhile, the Honesty Recharge Playground is a massive ball pit. Stepping into the pit makes you feel smaller, surrounded by oversized toys — a perfect spot for a brief moment of decompression and recharging, gradually filling you with energy. There’s also the Spinning Life Pinball Machine, the Honesty Live Broadcast Room, and the Speak-Your-Mind Inner Conflict Wall, which help transform conflicts into motivation and encourage honest interaction with your inner self.

In addition, Taichung’s famous egg cake vendor Fishbone Man has a limited-time collaboration with the “Honesty Guy – Decompression & Healing Experience Exhibition.” The egg-shaped, crispy-edged egg cakes feature Anister’s melancholic expression — fun and adorable.
