The other three are no less impressive: Zhao Wei, the Northeast China Powerlifting Champion and National Bench Press Record Holder; Zhou Rong, the National Deadlift Record Holder and National Arm Wrestling Champion; and Mao Chenyu, the Chinese Powerlifting Champion and National Squat Record Holder. Since winning the 2012 China Strongman Championship, Zhang Jianjun has remained the undisputed king of Chinese strongmen, and his team’s performance at this year’s festival is sure to leave audiences in awe. The international-level strongman acts are beyond the imagination of most people—pulling mini trains, towing trucks (10–20 tons), tug-of-war (one against many), and even human juicers—these thrilling performances are bound to draw gasps and cheers from the crowd.
