A new starting point for ten years
On July 23rd, at the Nanjing International Expo Center, the tenth anniversary celebration of Asia Outdoor officially kicks off.
The 2015 Asia Outdoor exhibition covered a total area of 50,000 square meters, with 617 exhibiting brands, including 160 international brands, accounting for 26%. There was 100% support from old friends such as TOREAD, KAILAS, NORTHLAND, MOBIGARDEN, SCALER, VAUDE, LOWA, LEKI, MEINDL, GREGORY, OSPREY, etc.; there were also new brand partnerships and continuous additions of outdoor product categories, such as Finland’s high-end skiing brand HALTI and children’s outdoor brand Reima making their first appearances.
At the 10th Asia Outdoor, major brands will bring their latest and trendiest outdoor gear, along with the coolest and most exciting live events, to celebrate the 10th birthday of Asia Outdoor. Core members of the China Outdoor Brand Alliance (COA): Toread, Kailas, Biancheng Sports, MobiGarden, and Skwala have all clearly expressed their continued strong support for Asia Outdoor. Meanwhile, Stefan Reisinger, Project Director of the European Outdoor Show, said: “The German Freiburg Exhibition team will continue to fully support Asia Outdoor, building on ten successful years to write even more glory.”
At the ten-year milestone of Asia Outdoor, not only will the latest gear from domestic and international outdoor brands be on display, but the exhibition also prepares the coolest and most exciting outdoor activity zones for all outdoor enthusiasts. Everything is set for this summer, this birthday — let’s have an amazing time!
Innovation never stops, and excitement knows no bounds. Asia Outdoor has meticulously planned a series of anniversary activities that bring together the strengths of brands, distributors, professional media, and event organizers: the COA China Outdoor Industry Report, the 2015 Asia Outdoor Industry Awards Ceremony, a running zone that combines trends and professionalism, the Purple Mountain Fluorescent Run “Liangshan Heroes” sponsored by NORTHLAND, a diving zone in collaboration with the Professional Association of Diving Instructors (PADI), the first Asia Youth Outdoor Education Forum, the KAILAS Cup Dry Tooling Challenge at Asia Outdoor, the Club House, and more; this year there’s also a cross-industry guest appearance by the Happy Tea House, where outdoor experts and tea masters will share delicious treats and outdoor stories with you.
Also held alongside Asia Outdoor is the first COA Outdoor Summit Forum: on July 24-25, at the Nanjing Jinling Convention Center, brand owners, distributors, media, clubs, event organizers, and guests from the General Administration of Sport of China will gather to discuss and compete at the highest level.
From July 23-26, the four-day exhibition period of Asia Outdoor is open to professional visitors.
