Not just giant straw rolls in vast flower fields — a massive blue-and-white dragon-patterned celestial globe vase becomes a new landmark

Breathtaking flower seas are in full bloom, with colorful flower fields stretching like a rainbow. The Chiayi Taibao Flower Sea Festival was once the perfect spot for festive outings, and although the event has ended, there are still flowers to admire. Now, in addition to the flower seas, there's a new landmark — a "massive blue-and-white dragon-patterned celestial globe vase" — where you can enjoy the blossoms and take great photos for social media.

The 2020 Chiayi Taibao Flower Sea Festival, with its lavender-like fields of blooming beauty, quickly maxed out camera storage. Though the event has concluded, the vast flower seas are still available for photos and viewing. In addition, Taibao has gained a new landmark: a super-sized "blue-and-white dragon-patterned celestial globe vase," standing 478 cm tall and 342 cm wide, located near Chiayi Railway Station. It shines especially brightly under the night lights.

In addition to the globe vase, there are also multiple illuminated orbs sparkling on the lawn, appearing like pearls and adding to the charm at night. Alongside the flower seas and straw rolls, it has become the newest landmark of Chiayi Taibao.
