Dear outdoor enthusiasts:
The Banff Centre Canada is the sole owner and organizer of the Banff Mountain Film Festival and its global touring events. The Banff(Beijing)Culture Communication Co., Ltd. and the(China)Banff Mountain Film Festival Organizing Committee are the only authorized entities in mainland China designated by The Banff Centre Canada to conduct activities under the Banff name, including the Banff Mountain Film Festival and other related outdoor cultural events.
“BanffBanff Cycling Club”Without authorization from The Banff Centre Canada, conducted outdoor cultural events under the Banff name, counterfeiting the legitimate external identifiers of The Banff Centre Canada and Banff(Beijing)Culture Communication Co., Ltd., causing confusion among the public.

In response to inquiries from many outdoor enthusiasts, we hereby clarify regarding the“‘necoCommemorative Cup’2015Banff(China)City Crossing Challenge(Tianjin Station)”Event, Special Urgent Announcement as Follows:
1.Banff Centre, Canada, Banff(Beijing)Cultural Communication Co., Ltd., Banff(China)Mountain Film Festival Organizing Committee has never authorized any organization or individual to hold“Banff(China)”in the name of organizing““necoZhiqing Cup”2015Banff(China)City Crossing Challenge(Tianjin Station)”event.
2.Banff Centre, Canada, Banff(Beijing)Cultural Communication Co., Ltd., Banff(China)Mountain Film Festival Organizing Committee has no affiliation whatsoever with the organizer of this event,“BanffBanff Cycling Club”.
3.“Banff Mountain Film Festival”(Banff Mountain Film Festival), “Banff Mountain Film Festival World Tour”(Banff Mountain Film Festival World Tour) and“Banff Centre”(The Banff Centre)English pattern trademark ownership belong to Banff Centre, Canada.“Banff”The Chinese text and graphic trademarks belong to Banff(Beijing)Cultural Communication Co., Ltd. Any unauthorized use of“BANFF”the English graphic trademark or“the Banff”Chinese text and graphic trademarks will be subject to our right to take all necessary legal actions.
