Joy Era Cinemas will open a new theater at Biyang Plaza in Yonghe, New Taipei on February 28, offering a high-end boutique cinema experience. On opening day, they’re even selling movie tickets for just 1 RMB—with a limit of 1000. The opening drew massive crowds, with people lining up as early as 9:30 PM on the evening of the 27th.

Located at Biyang Plaza in Yonghe, New Taipei, Joy Era Cinemas features 13 mini giant screen theaters. In addition to screening a variety of films, this setup also allows for higher scheduling density—ensuring there's always something to watch no matter when you visit.

The interior space design of the cinema exudes a fashionable and refined vibe—subtle yet distinctive—featuring an art corridor where visitors can pass the time while waiting.

Thanks to the numerous small-screen theaters, seating is appropriately spaced, and all first-row seats include footrests to ensure a highly comfortable viewing experience.

The theaters also place great emphasis on seat comfort, using leather chairs produced in the same factory as Ferrari—matching both appearance and functionality. Coupled with ergonomic design, these seats fully immerse viewers into the film.
