The "Blossoming. Dancing Cherry Blossoms" themed train is scheduled for March 20 and 27. The cost is NT$1,200 per person, covering forestry railway fare, high mountain tea and snacks, lunch, a handmade cherry blossom winding painting card, and guide fees. Dancing Cherry Blossoms" flower season themed train, you can experience the limited "steam locomotive and cypress wood carriages formation" on the Zhaoping Line during the Alishan flower season. Throughout the journey, under the guidance of professional narrators, you’ll ride specially arranged forestry railway trains to explore various cherry blossom hotspots and hidden gems within the Alishan Forest Recreation Area. Along the way, admire the crimson cherry blossoms lining the wooden boardwalk at the Duigao岳 Station, the Yoshino cherry blossoms at Zhushan Station and the Alishan Work Station, and visit highlights such as the Cherry King, the Three-Generation Tree, the Shouzhen Temple, and the Sisters Ponds — covering all the best cherry blossom viewing spots.

In addition, there are special limited stops, such as the spectacular Tagasan and Erwanping Stations — the best vantage points for layered sea of clouds and majestic Mt. Taga — as well as a stop at the tunnel that railway fans say resembles the “Spirit-Guarding Tunnel” from the Studio Ghibli animated film "Spirited Away," fulfilling the expectations of train enthusiasts all at once. A special trip to Mount Ogasawara is also arranged, offering a 360-degree view of the magnificent mountain ranges, along with the enjoyment of high mountain tea and delicate desserts. Affected by the warm winter, the cherry blossoms on Alishan have bloomed earlier than usual, with the blooming period lasting until early April. Travelers hoping to go flower viewing in the mountains should seize the time.
