The official website of the English Premier League's Manchester United team announced a partnership with Columbia
Columbia becomes the first official outdoor sports equipment partner of the Red Devils Manchester United.
As part of the agreement, Columbia will design outdoor gear featuring both brands' logos, including series for mountaineering, hiking, water sports, and snow sports.
Columbia is the flagship brand of Columbia Sportswear Company and has been involved in the outdoor field since 1938. In the outdoor sector, Columbia already offers a variety of products, including Omni-Heat™ reflective technology, stain-resistant technology
and windproof technology, which have been applied to various clothing lines.
The 2016 collaboration with Manchester United will gain greater promotion through the club's vast global fan base.
This partnership between Manchester United and Columbia will actively drive the established outdoor brand into the sports industry, and perhaps in the near future we will see Manchester United-branded apparel in Columbia stores in China.
