The nimble little skiers gliding across the snow have always been a beautiful sight. Their innocent charm brings vibrant colors to the pure white winter. With school holidays, these young athletes have more time to hit the slopes. And Nanshan has prepared another delightful surprise for these hardworking kids.
The 2nd Nanshan Children's Ski Race at Shiga Kogen will be held on February 1st. On January 31st, Mr. Hitoshi Kobayashi, honorary chief judge of the race and a figure from Shiga Kogen, Japan, will offer a special free lesson for the participating children.
Mr. Hitoshi Kobayashi is a crown-level instructor at Shiga Kogen ski resort, a certified SAJ skiing instructor, a cover model for Japan’s professional SKI skiing magazine, a multiple-time winner of the Outstanding Ski Instructor Award, and a member of the Shiga Kogen Ski Committee in Japan.
