When you're lamenting the end of this white winter season, the hottest X-DRAGON Snow Challenge of the season will ignite at Secret Garden of Genting Ski Resort over March 5–6. Top domestic and international skiers and sizzling music stars will gather to deliver an adrenaline-pumping visual feast amid sub-zero cold – a wild party where icy air meets musical magic. See you in Genting at the start of March for an unforgettable good time.

The X-DRAGON Snow Challenge is the first independently developed snow and ice IP event by LeEco Sports. It not only features a star-studded lineup including snow sports legends such as Cha Dui (Wang Zhizhi), Xiao Hu (He Wei), Zhu Hong, Di Lei, Bao Zi, Kuso, Bai Xiaonuan, A Gui, and Qiu Shu, but also boasts a whopping prize pool of 140,000 RMB, making it one of China’s most generously funded mass-participation skiing events. With several unique highlights, the event promises a sensory-packed winter extravaganza for your eyes, ears, and sense of touch.
Highlight One: The Most Generously Funded Mass-Participation Skiing Event to Date
If you think your skills are off the charts but have nowhere to show them off, then the X-DRAGON Snow Challenge is the perfect stage for you. Designed as a mass-participation skiing competition by LeEco Sports, it welcomes all skiing enthusiasts aged 18 and above. Additionally, the event is offering a massive total prize purse of 140,000 RMB. The first-place winner will take home 10,000 RMB, second place 5,000 RMB, and third place 2,500 RMB. This is currently the highest prize offering among mass-participation snow and ice competitions in China. Beyond cash, winners will also receive top-tier gear from Burton, Nordica, and Julbo, including skiwear, suitcases, backpacks, snowboards, boots, and goggles. The champion’s gear package alone is worth over 20,000 RMB. Gone are the days when “losing means buying dinner” – the X-DRAGON Snow Challenge brings you pro-level courses, certified judges, and big money prizes. It’s time for snow lovers to show off their skills.

Highlight Two: Legendary Snow Sports Figures and 10 Global Skiing Stars Join Forces
In addition to the generous prize money, the X-DRAGON Snow Challenge has also invited 10 world-renowned skiers from FISE, the world’s largest extreme sports event. The “Flying Frenchman,” Candide Thovex – widely regarded as the most incredible freestyle skier in the world – will take to the slopes of Genting Ski Resort. Having started skiing at age two, joined a ski club at five, and began practicing moguls soon after, he won the French Junior Ski Championships at 14 and has claimed three X-Games titles. This “legend of the snow” will join Olympic finalist Mathieu Crepel, 24-year-old French freestyle phenom Julien Lange, Japanese obstacle-style master Takahiro, and other global skiing superstars for two days of jaw-dropping Freestyle Demos (freestyle skiing performances) that you can only witness at the X-DRAGON Snow Challenge.

Highlight Three: A High-Octane Snow Music Festival
What’s a snowy wonderland without some hot beats to warm things up? On March 5, the X-DRAGON Snow Challenge will feature performances by Wu Mo Chou, a quirky female artist beloved by the post-90s generation, and YAOROCK, China’s only electro-pop band. There will also be live sets by European DJ sensation Mahyar, who’ll get the crowd pumped with high-energy beats that blend sports and music in perfect harmony.
Furthermore, as China’s first event to combine mass-participation skiing, trendy music performances, and international pro-level demos, the X-DRAGON Snow Challenge welcomes everyone – from seasoned skiers to complete newcomers – to enjoy this fun-filled snow music party. On-site activities include snowboard Ollie challenges, trampoline grabs, snow bottle flips, and more exciting interactive games with prizes for completing simple tasks. After all the fun, hang out with cute animals for photos and indulge in delicious treats. Throughout the event, there will be plenty of lucky draws with amazing giveaways. Parents can also bring their kids to the Burton Kids Ski Park for a joyful family snow carnival.
