New Taipei City’s spring travel self-guided tour subsidy program, in coordination with the Tourism Bureau, offers NT$500 per room per night for stays at tourist hotels, inns, or homestays participating in the spring travel campaign from April 1 to June 30 on Sundays to Thursdays (one subsidy per ID number). Additionally, youths aged 18–40 staying at homestays in Ruifang District can get an extra one-time NT$500 subsidy, enjoying a total of NT$1,000 in accommodation support.

For the “Spring Travel Self-Guided Tour Subsidy Program,” you need to call the accommodation provider in advance to “check the remaining subsidy quota” and “declare that you are booking with the spring travel subsidy.” The campaign only allows phone reservations—not platforms—and the booking method follows the accommodation provider's own announcement if stated.

Meanwhile, before April 30, guests staying at legally operated accommodations in New Taipei City can present relevant proof (such as accommodation booking, room key, or lodging voucher), and enjoy special discounts at New Taipei City museums like the Pinglin Tea Museum, Yingge Ceramics Museum, Tamsui Historic Museum, or DIY workshops at the Hōtsū 15 New Taipei City Animation Story Museum.

In addition, starting in late April, those joining group tours to New Taipei and staying overnight can get a local immersive experience activity and a souvenir bag—limited to the first 7,000 people. Both self-guided and group travelers can enter online raffles, with weekly draws in June for two- and three-room stay vouchers.
