The newly built “Shinobi Ko Skywalk” in Fengbin Township, Hualien, stretches 170 meters along a cliffside and is constructed over a sheer drop. As you stroll, one side is a rugged cliff, the other the vast Pacific Ocean, with a seemingly bottomless abyss below — an exhilarating and thrilling experience.
