This time, the Netflix production team made a special trip to Chiayi to feature the famous local dish, "Clay Pot Fish Head" by Lin Congming. The "Clay Pot Fish Head" is made by coating a fish head in flour, deep-frying it, then simmering it with cabbage, black fungus, tofu, and tofu skin. Paired with Chiayi chicken rice, it’s absolutely divine. With a 60-year legacy of deliciousness, it’s already a renowned must-queue eatery.
