This Western restaurant in Douliu, Yunlin, went viral on IG last year for its clam-heavy plates where the spaghetti was barely visible. Dozens of fresh clams are neatly arranged in concentric circles, blooming like petals, and paired with great value-for-money pricing, making it a favorite among young foodies who love sharing their culinary adventures.

2. al revés Upside Down Restaurant
This over-the-top seafood spaghetti at Taipei’s Ximending is insanely generous — a single plate of “gout clam spaghetti” weighs over 600 grams. It became so popular it even appeared on TV. The extra-clam-loaded pasta is available in limited quantities, and the shop also has a few adorable resident dogs.

3. Village Glow
Hidden in the alleys of Fengjia Night Market in Taichung, this old house with nearly 30 years of history in the Veterans' Village area boasts a small literary youth vibe. They serve pasta, risotto, and more, with their explosive clam series being especially popular. Other must-tries include peanut soup dumplings with bacon pesto risotto.
