In addition to Wanggong Fishing Port and the Wanggong Wind Power Area nearby, Fangyuan Lighthouse by the Wanggong estuary has also become a popular weekend destination recently.

Also known as Wanggong Lighthouse, Fangyuan Lighthouse is the youngest lighthouse in Taiwan. Travelers can get up close to admire the lighthouse or take a stroll around the nearby harbor to experience the coastal vibe of Wanggong.

Fangyuan Lighthouse is a very important local landmark in Wanggong. Its octagonal tower features sleek black-and-white vertical stripes, simple yet striking. In the distance, you can also see the King's Bow Bridge, which has won international architectural awards.
