The Luodong Creek Leisure Agriculture Area is an alluvial fan plain formed by gravel carried by the Luodong and Lanyang rivers. Due to the permeability of the fan edge and center, combined with abundant annual rainfall, water flows down the slope to the fan edge, where it is compressed to form bubbling "artesian springs." The area is rich in natural water resources.

The public art installation “Artistic Space” in Luodong stands at the intersection of Zhonghua Road and Gongzheng Road. Its design resembles a Japanese-style building, with one half made of solid wood and the other half featuring walls shaped like plant cells. Combined with large glass panels, trees planted on the side, and surrounding lawns and old trees, it offers different views day and night. It not only has an artistic vibe but also serves as a small venue for art and cultural exhibitions.

One of Luodong’s lesser-known hidden gems – the Luodong Cultural Factory, designed by a renowned architect, is well known for hosting numerous art and cultural events. However, there's a lesser-known secret spot here: a "floating platform" suspended 18 meters above the ground, offering panoramic views of Luodong.
